Neighborhood watch organizer in Swansea

I'm a volunteer. Mostly neighborhood watch, sometimes animal shelter, always with a flask of tea.
I'm not an expert in anything, I just show up. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Noah
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Noah: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
