Noah R. Phillips
Mentor in nursing and careers
- 🇺🇸 Knoxville, Tennessee, United States
- Parkside Foundation
- Since 1985
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,190 people through Parkside Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Noah
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Noah: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
