I taught geography at Ikeja Secondary School in Ikeja from 1988 to 1999. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I never once raised my voice.
Over the years I had 320 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
