Helping people break into design
- 🇳🇬 Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria
- Victory Learning Hub
- Since 1992
- English, Hausa
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 920 people through Victory Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Nneka
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Nneka: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

you helped me get my first design job in 2024. I still have your notes. Greetings from San Sebastián.
