Nnamdi Obinna Chukwu
Chess and fitness coach, Ikeja
- 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
- Ikeja Sports Club
- Since 1996
- English, Yoruba
For 30 years I've run the chess program at Ikeja Sports Club in Ikeja. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Nnamdi
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Nnamdi: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
