I taught biology at Pioneer Primary School in Kano from 1984 to 1993. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I ran the robotics club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I garden badly but happily.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Nnamdi
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
