Nnamdi Adewale Oyelaran
Coached rugby for eight years in Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Lagos Football Club
- 1993 to 2001
- English, Igbo, Spanish
I coached rugby at Lagos Football Club from 1993 to 2001. Most of my players were between 12 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
More about Nnamdi
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Nnamdi: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
