Nnamdi Abubakar Ogunbanjo

Youth gymnastics coach and mentor

  • 🇳🇬 Bonny, Rivers, Nigeria
  • Elmwood Youth Club
  • 1981 to 1994
  • English
I coached gymnastics at Elmwood Youth Club from 1981 to 1994. Most of my players were between 12 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch. If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
