Nkechi Fatima Kalu
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇳🇬 Nnewi, Anambra, Nigeria
- Since 2005
- English, Yoruba
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Nnewi, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Nkechi: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
