Nkechi Amaka Quadri
Oud and drums teacher
- 🇳🇬 Zaria, Kaduna, Nigeria
- Zaria Quartet
- Since 1980
- English
I've played oud since 1980, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
