I'm a mentor in entrepreneurship. I've spent my career as a radio technician and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Njoroge
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
