Helping people break into software
- 🇰🇪 Kikuyu, Kiambu, Kenya
- Lotus Community Trust
- Since 2016
- English, Swahili
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 260 people through Lotus Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Njoroge: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.

You helped me get my first software job in 2025. I still have your notes. Greetings from Jessore.
