I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 28 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 590 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
