Nitin T. Jadeja
Helping people break into trades
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
- Nagpur Mentoring Circle
- Since 1999
- English, Marathi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,190 people through Nagpur Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Nitin
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
