Nithya K. Rathnam
Volunteer mentor with Mumbai Association
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mumbai Association
- Since 1992
- English, Telugu
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,970 people through Mumbai Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
