Nisha E. Kohli
Leadership mentor, Kochi
- 🇮🇳 Kochi, Kerala, India
- Kochi Mentoring Circle
- Since 1983
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,150 people through Kochi Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Nisha
