I coached cycling at Riverside Football Club from 1994 to 2003. Most of my players were between 10 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Nirali
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
