Nirali M. Kale
Volunteer mentor with Bengaluru Youth Network
- 🇮🇳 Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
- 1979 to 2016
- English, Marathi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,110 people through Bengaluru Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
What gifts mean to Nirali: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
