I taught English literature at Lakeview Middle School in Madurai from 1987 to 2007. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I never turned anyone away.
Outside the classroom I make terrible puns. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Nipa
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Nipa: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
