Helping people break into nursing
- 🇧🇩 Comilla, Chattogram, Bangladesh
- 2014 to 2025
- English, Bengali
For eleven years I've mentored people in nursing and law school. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I played music while people worked.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Nipa
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Nipa: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
