Ning Shi

Teacher at Ottawa Technical College, loves computer science

🇨🇦 Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
Ottawa Technical College
1992 to 2022
English, Mandarin

I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 30 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

Subjects taught

Computer science

What gifts mean to Ning: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
