Nina Iryna Sokolov

Helping people break into software

  • 🇷🇺 Saint Petersburg, Saint Petersburg, Russia
  • Willow Creek Association
  • Since 1984
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,260 people through Willow Creek Association. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Nina

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
