Nimra Iqra Gill
Youth softball coach and mentor
- 🇵🇰 Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan
- Peshawar Community Club
- 1995 to 2023
- English, Urdu
I coached softball at Peshawar Community Club from 1995 to 2023. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I played music while people worked.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Nimra
If you played for me, you probably remember the time the class pet escaped.
What gifts mean to Nimra: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
