Niluka Ishara Rajapaksa
Volunteer mentor with Colombo Youth Network
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Colombo Youth Network
- 1983 to 2021
- English, Sinhala
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 950 people through Colombo Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Niluka
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
