Nilesh S. Bhatt
Baking chef in Nashik
- 🇮🇳 Nashik, Maharashtra, India
- Since 1981
- English, Marathi
I've cooked since 1981, first at home, then at Pioneer Cafe and later in my own kitchen. Food is how I say thank you.
On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
