I've coached hockey at Nagpur Redwood Community Club since 1999. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
More about Nilesh
If you played for me, you probably remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
What gifts mean to Nilesh: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
