Baking, done properly
- 🇮🇳 Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
- Old Holy Cross Repairs
- Since 1981
- English
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Ahmedabad, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Nilesh
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Nilesh: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
