Nikolai Maksym Shevchuk
Traditional drumming and bass teacher
- 🇷🇺 Novosibirsk, Novosibirsk Oblast, Russia
- Novosibirsk Ensemble
- Since 1979
- English
I've played traditional drumming since 1979, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 19 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I make terrible puns.
More about Nikolai
I write my first song when I was 19. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Nikolai: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
