Niklas Ben Hoffmann

Helping people break into engineering

  • 🇩🇪 Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
  • Cologne Foundation
  • Since 1979
  • German, English
For 47 years I've mentored people in engineering and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
