I've coached cycling at New Delhi Willow Creek Swimming Club since 2004. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Nikhil
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Nikhil: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
