I taught early years at Bamboo Middle School in Warangal from 1984 to 2003. Most days I taught the youngest children, and I never turned anyone away.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
More about Nikhil
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
