For 40 years I've mentored people in careers and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
What gifts mean to Nihal: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.

You helped me get my first careers job in 1999. I still have your notes! Truly.
