For nine years I ran the gymnastics program at Istanbul Community Club in Istanbul. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Nihal: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
