Nihal Pınar Yavuz

33 years teaching chemistry in Istanbul

  • 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
  • Bamboo Grammar School
  • Since 1991
  • English, Turkish
For 35 years I have been the chemistry teacher at Bamboo Grammar School. I teach Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

What gifts mean to Nihal: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
