Nihal Meltem Çetin
Helping people break into farming
- 🇩🇪 Regensburg, Bavaria, Germany
- 1995 to 2013
- English
For 18 years I've mentored people in farming and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Nihal
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
