Nida Nimra Sheikh
Master of masonry, now teaching apprentices
- 🇵🇰 Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
- The Lahore Shop
- Since 1993
- English, Punjabi
I've worked in masonry since 1993. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,120 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Nida: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
