I've been a nurse for 40 years, most of them in home care at Lotus Children's Hospital in Multan. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
