I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 43 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 1,080 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Nida: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

you taught me English literature in 2022 at Lahore Middle School. I still remember the end-of-term party.

I was in your Grade 6 class in 1987. You believed I could do it before I did. Truly.
