Master of masonry, now teaching apprentices

I've worked in masonry since 2002. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 1,250 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Nicole: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
