Nicole C. Quizon
Master of weaving, now teaching apprentices
- 🇵🇭 Lapu-Lapu, Cebu, Philippines
- Cedar Grove Workshop
- Since 2011
- English, Filipino, Spanish
I've worked in weaving since 2011. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 300 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 22 years later for another job.
I'm still learning every day.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Nicole: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
