I taught special education at St. Mary's Middle School in Lapu-Lapu from 1989 to 2011. Most days I taught the youngest children, and I learned every name in the first week.
I ran the choir after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
