Nicolás W. Rivera
Mentor in farming and leadership
- 🇪🇸 Madrid, Madrid, Spain
- St. Mary's Foundation
- Since 2005
- English, Spanish
For 21 years I've mentored people in farming and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
