Nicolás J. Cortés

Volunteer mentor with Summit Community Trust

  • 🇨🇴 Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia
  • Summit Community Trust
  • Since 2015
  • Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 360 people through Summit Community Trust. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Nicolás

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
