Nicolas Guillaume Fontaine
Finance mentor, Toulouse
- 🇫🇷 Toulouse, Occitanie, France
- Highland Association
- Since 1999
- French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 950 people through Highland Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Nicolas
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
