Nicolás E. Robles
Youth volleyball coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 Fresno, California, United States
- Silverlake Football Club
- Since 1988
- English, Spanish
For 38 years I've run the volleyball program at Silverlake Football Club in Fresno. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Nicolás
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Nicolás: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
