I've worked in baking from 1998 to 2022. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,030 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
