Helping people break into engineering
- 🇳🇿 Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand
- Christchurch Community Trust
- Since 1994
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,540 people through Christchurch Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Nicholas
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Nicholas: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
