I teach social studies at Andes Middle School in Parramatta since 1989. Most days I teach primary school children, and my door is open at lunch.
I've run the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I garden badly but happily.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Nicholas
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Nicholas: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
