I'm a mentor in small business. I've spent my career as a night-shift cleaner and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Nicholas: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
