16 years teaching music in Limerick
- 🇮🇪 Limerick, Munster, Ireland
- Limerick Girls' School
- Since 1990
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 36 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Niamh
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Niamh: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me music in 2001 at Limerick Girls' School. I still remember the rainy sports day. Truly.
